Project management is an opportunity to create order and cooperation in a chaotic and competitive world. Leveraging my flexibility, empathy, creativity, and drive to problem solve and build is my singular calling. And I seek out those types of challenges in every aspect of my life. By developing a deep understanding of a project I'm able to clearly define what boundaries define success, and when limits should be broken to deliver value above-and-beyond the client's expectations.
By leaning into research, risk-assessment, experience, trust, and collaboration; there's never any reason to panic, get upset, break down or give up.
Working in a small office for 15 years has enabled me to pick up management and production skills across several different disciplines and industries — as well as the experience to apply them dynamically (or teach them) when given the opportunity.
